There are a few different ways in which the password to login to Privia can be reset:


Before logging into Platform Client:

  1.     Open Privia Platform from the Windows desktop
  2.     Select the profile name from the drop-down menu
  3.     Click "Ok"
  4.     Select the "Forgot password" hyperlink
  5.     The default browser will open and display the Password Reset Request form
  6.     Enter the Username and E-mail address that is associated with the account
  7.     Click "Send Request"
  8.     An email will be received with a security token located within, please click on the password reset link that is also provided in this e-mail
  9.     The resulting page is the Password Reset page, fill out all corresponding fields
  10.     Click "Ok"


After logging into Platform Client:

  1.     Open the "Tools" menu in the header bar
  2.     Select "Change Password"
  3.     Click "Ok" in the dialog that notifies that your status will be changed to "Offline"
  4.     Fill in all the corresponding fields 
  5.     Click "Change"
  6.     The status has now been changed to "Offline"
  7.     Click the "Gray Guy"
  8.     The "Log On to Privia" dialog displays, enter the new password
  9.     Click "Ok"

Before logging into Enhanced/Pure Web:

  1.     Select the "Forgot password" hyperlink
  2.     The default browser will open and display the Password Reset Request form
  3.     Enter the Username and E-mail address that is associated with the account
  4.     Click "Send Request"
  5.     An email will be received with a security token located within, please click on the password reset link that is also provided in this e-mail
  6.     The resulting page is the Password Reset page, fill out all corresponding fields
  7.     Click "Ok"

After logging into Enhanced/Pure Web:

  1.     Click the "Tools" menu

  3.     Fill in all the corresponding fields
  4.     Click "Ok"
