Sometimes when multiple users are using the same browser to login to Privia the passwords will get cached, which can cause issues within the browser and the client.

Saved passwords used to log into Privia can be cleared by using the Privia User Options Application and the following steps:

  1. Go to Start->All Programs->Privia->Privia User Options
  2. Click the buttons to clear saved passwords and clear login settings
  3. Go to Start->All Programs->Privia->Privia Profiler
  4. Choose the Edit button, then choose Next, then enter the password: intelsat1
  5. Open IE and go to Tools->Internet Options. On the General tab, click on Delete and choose the button to delete your cookies.
  6. These steps will refresh your password and enable you to synchronize your client.
