This is most likely due to a synchronization issue with your Privia Platform. The web client can not have this issues relying on saved data on your computer but solely on the server. 


Once you re-sync you should be able to see the files and workspaces you previously could not. This is due to the fact that the Web client is the "true" view as it is generated by the server in real time. If that view is inconsistent with your Privia Platform Client, then your client is having an issue with synchronization. If they are the same, then you are synchronized properly. To re-sync follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Start type in "Privia Profiler"
  2. Choose the Radio Button next to "Edit an Existing Profile"
  3. Click "Next"
  4. Select the user profile you wish to re-sync 
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Enter the correct Credentials for your profile
  7. Click "Next"
  8. Once the synchronization complete log in to the Platform Client and see if the issue was resolved
