For the easiest way to find and send you client log to support for any reason, follow the below steps:

  1. Click start on you desktop
  2. Search for Privia User Options
  3. Once the application opens click the "Email Log to Support" button near the bottom
  4. Click Send


If you are unable perform the above action the log can be found at the following location as well:

C:\Users\{Windows Userid}\AppData\Roaming\Privia\prvclient.log


Note:

The client log is only produced when the Privia Client is installed. 

The log is not updated if you are only using Pure Web (no icon on the task bar). 

Also note that Application Data and App Data are hidden folders. You must enable hidden files and folders to be displayed on your computer by going to Control Panel> Folder Options>View>"Show hidden files, folders, and drives"
