It is fairly common for users to be added to Privia and for them to log in before the administrator has a chance to add them to any workspaces. You will only be able to see workspaces that you are a member of. With that said, until someone adds you to a workspace, you will just see the top level organization with no content.


To do this in the client:


1. A user with the ability to add another user to a workspace (such as the workspace owner or a delegate) will need to right click in the white space of the member pane and select "add new member".


2. Using the dialog that appears, they will need to search for the user they would like to add, select them, and click add.
