To create a Workspace Template, follow the steps below:

  1. Using the Privia Platform client, create a workspace with the document folder(s), documents, links, tables etc.that you want to be part of the new template
  2. Save it as a PXML format by Right Clicking on the Workspace name and selecting "Save As" from the context menu.
  3. Choose a location to save the Workspace
  4. Click "Save", the workspace will save to the location
  5. Click "Close" to close the dialog.
  6. Load the workspace template into the Process Designer under a new name
  7. Associate the new workspace template with a process
