When a user is added to a new organization, they need to perform a full re synchronization using the Privia Profiler before they will be able to see the new organization. You can follow the below step to perform this action.
- Click the Windows Start button
- Select All Programs
- Select the Privia folder
- Select Privia Profiler
- Select "Edit an existing profile", click next
- Select your profile from the drop-down, click next
- Enter you password in the space provided, click next
- Click Finish
Note:
This is only required for Organizations. All Workspace, Files, and Folders will update dynamically once the user is synchronized with the Organization.
