A "Session Error" message, almost every time is due to either a change in IE settings or a change from a Windows update that reset the controls in IE.


To correct this error, re-sync your Privia Profile to reset the IE settings using the following steps:

  1. Click the Windows Start button
  2. Select All Programs
  3. Select the Privia folder
  4. Select Privia Profiler
  5. Select "Edit an existing profile", click next
  6. Select your profile from the drop-down, click next
  7. Enter you password in the space provided, click next
  8. Click Finish

If you are unable to change the settings manually through IE, you will need to get your IT department to manually make the changes

If that does not fix the problem, try to clear your internet cookies and cache in IE through the Internet Options General tab.
