Solution:

As of version 5.9 of Privia when you receive a blackbox whether it be on startup of while logged into the client. you no longer need to re-profile Just close the application and restart the client.


Notes:

If you are using a version of Privia that is older that 5.9 you will need to re- profile your user in order for the client to be back in sync with the server and everything to be working properly

If you continue to receive blackbox crash escalate the issue to a Privia Administrator
