The Privia default processes are delivered in a hidden organization called "Templates." Only the super administrator can see the templates organization and get access to the content of that organization.

Solution:

Please contact your administrator to copy all of the template processes over to another organization that you are in. You can then take ownership of the processes and start working with them.
