The actual "Pipeline" and "Intelligence" workspaces are unique to each user and cannot be transferred to another user. With these types of workspaces you can do one of two things. You can transfer the content of the workspaces to another user. Or an administrator can delete the Pipeline or Intelligence workspaces using the admin tool. 

Note:

In order to delete a user entirely from Privia you must delete all of the "Pipeline" and "Intelligence" Workspaces associated with that user.
