The reporting capability only exists if you are logged in with a Manager persona or any persona above Manager (Exec, Data Admin, TO Exec, etc.) By default, in all systems, the Contributor persona is the only one assigned to new profiles. An administrator has to use the Privia Administrator tool to give you access to other personas in order for you to use the feature.
