• Login to the Privia Administration Tool
    • Start > Programs > Privia > Privia Administrator
  • Expand the Organization under which you want to create Groups
  • Expand Organizational Users
  • Right-click on Groups and select New Groups…
  • In the New Group dialog (as shown below) enter the following information:
    • Group Name
    • A Description of the Group
    • Select the Owner from the drop-down box
  • If no members need to be selected, click on Close
  • Otherwise add the members you need to your group
