- Login to the Privia Administration Tool
- Start > Programs > Privia > Privia Administrator
- Expand the Organization under which you want to create Groups
- Expand Organizational Users
- Right-click on Groups and select New Groups…
- In the New Group dialog (as shown below) enter the following information:
- Group Name
- A Description of the Group
- Select the Owner from the drop-down box
- If no members need to be selected, click on Close
- Otherwise add the members you need to your group
