Currently there is not, but the best workaround would be to save the workspace to your desktop and print the files from within the folder structure on your machine.

Follow these Steps to perform the action:

If you are using the Platform Client (This is the recommended client to use for this action)

  1. Locate the Workspace that you wish to print files from
  2. RT on that Workspace
  3. Choose "Save As" in the context menu
  4. Select a destination you wish to save the workspace to
  5. Click "OK"
  6. If you wish to > rename the downloaded Workspace to something that you will remember
  7. Change the save as to "Windows Folder Structure"
  8. Click "Save"
  9. Once the bar says "Completed" > Click "Close"
  10. Minimize Privia and navigate to the location where you saved your Workspace
  11. Here you will able to select each file and print them using the RT click action from the context menu (if you are using a Windows Machine)
  12. Also if you are using a Window Machine you should be able to select multiple files and print them all at once

If you are using the Web Client

  1. Locate the Workspace that you wish to print files from
  2. RT on that Workspace
  3. Choose "Save Workspace as Template" in the context menu
  4. Type in a name for the template in the "Template Name" box
  5. In the "Organization Box" choose the organization that the workspace is located under
  6. You can leave the "Container Box" blank
  7. In the "Owner Box" choose your logged in user name
  8. Check the box for "Prepare Template for download as a Zip File"
  9. Click "OK"
  10. Once the progress bar has been completed > Click "Download"
  11. Once the "Download" button is click the zip file will be downloaded to the location where all of your downloads are placed
  12. Minimize Privia and navigate to the location where the template was saved
  13. Extract the zip file that was downloaded that contains the template (RT Click on it > Select "Extract All > Choose a location > Click Extract)
  14. Open the folder that was extracted
  15. Here you will able to select each file and print them using the RT click action from the context menu (if you are using a Windows Machine)
  16. However, the files will have their GUID name which is uniquely assigned in Privia as the file name so you will not to know what the file is named unless you match us the size of the file or look at the extension
  17. Also if you are using a Window Machine you should be able to select multiple files and print them all at once

NOTE:

  • If you are using privia on MAC OS you will not be able to perform the RT click action for print in the folder structure,
  • When saving the Workspace you will be saving the most recent version that is on the server, so if any of the files are locked for editing you will not have the edits in your printed out version.
  • If you are using the Privia Web Client to download the Workspace you will have a .pxml file that contains the folder structure, this file would not be useful to you in this situation so you can just ignore it
