When a ticket is opened, the Privia support staff adds all of the registered technical points of contact to the first reply to the ticket.  Additional email addresses can be added to a ticket by:

  • Using the CC field to copy the other addresses on the ticket at the time that the ticket is created
  • Replying through email to a ticket and adding the other addresses to the CC field in the reply
  • Editing the CC list of users through the Privia support portal
