Tickets that have been closed are retained in the Privia support system for 4 months. Any tickets that have been in a closed state with no activity after 4 months are moved to an archive where they can be searched but not reopened. If a ticket is still in the active storage, the ticket can be reopened by replying to it through email or by reopening it through the Privia support portal.
